Shipping policy

Please read our shipping and preorder policy carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order with Jaindo.com, you agree to the following:

Processing & Shipping

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Shipping Time: Please allow 7–10 business days for shipping after processing.

• Business Days: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

• Expedited Shipping: We currently do not offer expedited shipping options.

Order Changes

• Once an order is placed, it immediately enters processing and cannot be changed.

• Please verify sizes, quantities, shipping address, and discount codes before completing checkout.

Preorders

• Preorder items ship according to the timeline stated on each product listing.

• If an order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will ship once the preorder item is ready.

• If you would like in-stock items to ship sooner, please place a separate order. Alternatively, you may contact us to arrange split shipping, and a separate shipping invoice will be provided.

Address & Reshipping

• If a package is returned to us due to an old, incomplete, or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the reshipment fee.

• The current reship fee is $7.00

Tracking

• All orders include tracking information, which will be provided once your order ships.
