We kindly ask that you review our sizing chart carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
Jain Dó only accepts exchanges for items that were damaged during shipping or if the wrong item(s) were sent to the customer.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us at info@JainDo within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) in your email. Once we receive your request, we will review the details and respond promptly to confirm the next steps in processing your exchange.
You will be required to return the damaged or incorrect item to our facility. Once the return is confirmed as in transit, we will proceed with shipping the correct replacement item. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued.
